  ROM Update Asus P750:
  
  1) Go to ActiveSync settings and check out (disable) USB cable connection
  
  
  
  2) Perss and hold VioceCommander button + Power button up. Press Reset once but keep on holding the buttons untill you see bootloader screen.
  
  
  
  3) Smatphone will turn on the bootloader mode throu USB
  
  
  
  4) Connect P750 to PC and wait till PC will install drivers
  
  
  
  5) start using command line: USBLoader.exe PegasusP.nb0
  
  
  
  6) You can see the updating process both on PC and PDA
  
  
  
  7) After it is done press Reset
